PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise emission from a drive system generated in association with variation of engine revolutions by suppressing the variation in the specific operating region such as idling. SOLUTION: The generated current value of an alternator 10 is dropped by an alternator control means 25 if an operating region judging means 21 judges that the operation of an internal-combustion engine is in a specific noise emissive operating region and in case the variation in the engine revolutions sensed by a revolutional variation sensing means 22 is over a specified level, and the revolutional variation of the engine is suppressed by reducing the external load of the engine associated with the drive of alternator 10 or reducing the exhaust gas circulation amount by an EGR control means 26.
