PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter for an electric power type window capable of adjusting the quantity of light casting into a room in the same manner as a blind. SOLUTION: The shutter 1 for the power type window is constituted by winding a louver door 3 configured by connecting a large number of slats 2 by connecting members 6 comprising chains or the like along both sides of the slats 2 on a winding drum 5 driven by interlocking with a motor 4. Each slat 2 is supported to the connecting members 6 in an inclinable manner by shafts 7 projected from both ends of the slats 2 while an electrically driven type adjusting mechanism 12 adjusting the angles of inclination of each slat 2 in sections facing the window when the louver door 3 is closed at arbitrary angles is installed, and the quantity of light casting from the louver door 3 can be adjusted by controlling the angles of inclination of the slats 2 by the electrically driven type adjusting mechanism 12.
