PURPOSE: A steering wheel tilting device of a vehicle prevents the generation of an interference during is driver is getting on/off a car by stably control the angle of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel tilting device of a vehicle comprises a lower column(10), an upper column(20), a first gear(30) and a second gear(40). The angle of a steering wheel is appropriately adjusted according to the getting on/off of a driver through a driving motor and many gears between the upper/lower columns(20,10). Therefore, an interference of the steering wheel during the getting on/off is removed. Particularly, the upper column(20) is returned to an original position according to the wear or not of a safety belt.
