PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a character, voice, and video message to a customer at an office of a financial institution, etc. SOLUTION: In the office 10 of the financial institution, etc., an automatic teller machine(ATM) 100, etc., is arranged. The state of the ATM 100 is detected by an ATM trouble concentrator 104 and sent to a guide device 110. The guide device 110 outputs a message to a display 160, an electronic display unit 162, and a speaker 164 installed in the office 10 and the message is transmitted to visiting customers. A center 30 is equipped with a managing device 300 and alterations of message are transmitted to the guide devices 110 of respective offices at a time through a public telephone line 20 and a LAN 22. An emergency message is displayed preferentially to other outputs. |
