PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ventilating equipment used for both air supply and exhaust which can ensure comfortableness of a living area in a large space and can suppress practically the occurrence of a load on an air conditioner due to generation of heat from a heating body in a space having the heating body and, moreover, which enables reduction of an installation space and can dispense with construction or regulation at the site. SOLUTION: Ventilating equipment 1 used for both air supply and exhaust is constituted by having a duct chamber 10 which has two opening parts 11 and 12 and an air sending passage 13 formed in a state of connecting the two opening parts 11 and 12, a fan 20 installed inside the duct chamber 10 in the state wherein the sides of inlet and outlet of air are made to communicate with the air sending passage 13 respectively and an air direction switching means 30 provided in the duct chamber 10 so that the air taken into the air sending passage 13 from one opening part 11 (12) may pass through the fan 20 and be exhausted from the other opening part 12 (11) and that the direction of the air in this air sending passage 13 can be switched over reversibly.
