PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for an electronic part that dissolves a measurement error with stray capacitance to enable a high accuracy inspection when measuring characteristics of an electronic part. SOLUTION: A plurality of measuring devices 11, 12 selectively applying a measurement signal inspecting characteristics to a condenser 10 through first relays 14, 15 are provided. Second relays 16, 17 switching a contact of a measuring device that is not selected with the first relays 14, 15 in the measuring devices 11, 12 to an earth side or the measuring device are placed. Thereby, a measurement error with stray capacitance between contacts a, b of the first relays 14, 15 is dissolved. Also, influence of a noise signal superimposed with a driving signal of a driving coil is dissolved by setting up a switch switching a driving coil of each relay 14-17 to a power side or an earth side.
