PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a relation between resource managing objects(RM) without affecting client applications. SOLUTION: A message processing means 110 of a managing system receives an operation request outputted from client applications 11 and 12 to RM 51-56. A tree managing means 120 manages identification information for specifying RM 51-56 and tree information where a comprehending relation among RM 51-56 is defined. An object managing means 130 refers to tree information and therefore it recognizes the comprehending relation among RM as a comprehending tree 131. Identification information of RM to which the operation request received by the message processing means 110 is to be transmitted is judged from the comprehending tree 131 and the operation request is outputted to pertinent RM. Thus, tree information can be managed at one place and the addition and deletion of RM are facilitated.
