PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cross connection system simplifying band changing in a non-band shared area of a framed signal allocated inherent in each storing terminal and a band shared area allocated as a shared area of respective storing terminals. SOLUTION: Relating to a framed signal between an LT 281 for storing plural NTs 2311 to 231L by multipoint connection and an XC 30 to be a spatiotemporal switch, a shared area allowed to be shared by respective NTs is secured following a data area. At the time of sending the shared band to a packet data network 25 the shared band is secured in the front of the data area and sent to the network 25. Although the band allocation of communication data required to be stored on the front side in the network in a conventinal method, a shared area and a non-shared area are temporarily divided into the front side and the rear side at the time of executing cross connection and then their band allocation is independently executed.
