PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control anchor that can relax or shut off impulsive sound and vibration by absorbing them by the anchor itself, has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: In this vibration control anchor 1, multiple stages of gradually expanding truncated cone parts 3 are formed at the tip part of an anchor body 2 to be inserted into a prepared hole formed in a concrete structural body, and an elastic ring 7 having an outside diameter slightly larger than the prepared hole is fitted on an annular recessed part 5 formed on the small diameter part of each of the truncated cone parts 3. The elastic ring 7 is preferably formed of silicone rubber. A mounting screw part 6 is formed at the rear end of the anchor body 2 and a washer 12 having rubber is mounted to the screw part 6.
