PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably settle desk, an instrument or the like for SOHO, and further improve indoor external appearance quality. SOLUTION: A recess part 16 is formed on the wall part 14 of a habitable room 12, and a SOHO space 24 in which a desk 28 or the like for SOHO is regularly housed in the recess part 16 is provided. A folding dor 18 in which any one of a closed state, a half-opened state and an opened state exists is attached to the rear face side of the recess part 16. Thus, the settlement of the desk, an instrument or the like for SOHO becomes good, and indoor external appearance quality is improved.
