SOLUTION: This producing device 6 for a hot dip metal plated steel sheet is provided with a hot dip metal feeding bath 11 fed with hot dip metal and making a steel sheet 1 pass through from downside to upside and when the steel sheet 1 passes through the hot dip metal feeding bath 11, the hot dip metal is adhered to the surface of the steel sheet. The peripheral part of the steel sheet in a steel sheet passing part 11a of the hot dip metal feeding bath 11 is charged with an object 21 freely movable in the hot dip metal and having the size of a degree at which it is not fallen from an opening part 11b of the steel sheet passing part 11a.
