PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport and folding display box, the display box state of which can be folded. SOLUTION: A side plate 1 is extended from both sides of a base plate 7 and a back plate 8 adjacent to each other at right angles, a top folding line to a diagonal line connecting the front angle of the side plate 1 and a back top angle is taken as a normal folding line 2, and a folding line 5 is formed by folding on a bottom folding line bisecting the back bottom angle of the side plate 1. The folding line 5 can be folded by extending the normal folding line 2, so that the display box state can be folded.
