PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction nozzle body wherein a main body wherein a main body thereof can be smoothly moved and suction efficiencies of dust can be improved. SOLUTION: There are provided a suction chamber 35 which has a suction opening 33 in the bottom side of a main body 30 of a suction port supporting a connection pipe, a rotary cleaning body 70, a nozzle body 50 which allows the outside air admitted from an outside air inlet port 41 to flow against blades 72, 73 of the body 70, thereby rotating the body 70, and a rotary part 51 which senses the forward and rearward movements of the body 30 to change over the direction of the body 50. The part 51 extends in left and right directions and has a contact part 51A for contact with an area to be cleaned. In this case, a wipe-off member 60 having a raised fabric 60A is provided on the lower end surface of the part 51A along the left and right directions, and the direction of raising of the member 60 near the center of the body 30 is oriented toward the rear, while the direction of raising of the member 60 excluding the raising near the center of the body 30 is oriented forward.
