FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnosis of infectious diseases in cattle. Invention developed the method of differentiation of allergic responses to ÅÅä-tuberculin for mammals infected with bacteria of Nocardia genus. Method involves the simultaneous administration of tuberculin and allergen from Nocardia on the opposite neck site by intracutaneous route. In the case of significant differences in degree of response expression for any allergen the conclusion is made about the probability (95%) of infection of animals with mycobacteria or Nocardia. EFFECT: accelerated process of differentiation of nonspecific responses for tuberculin, prevention of unwarranted animals slaughtering. 1 tbl, 3 ex
