FABRICATING DEVICE AND METHOD OF ELECTRIC CONNECTOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating an electric connector is provided to enhance reliability by fabricating the connector in a honeycomb-typed case and achieve stability in temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first contacting piece having an external conic structure and a second contacting piece having an internal conic structure. A surface of the external conic structure and that of the internal conic structure is formed with an inclination angle where the first and the second contacting pieces forms an auto-fixing conic joint. The inclination angle is decided according to material and/or surface state of the first and the second contacting pieces.
