UNREDUCED DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND MONOLITHIC CERAMIC CAPACITOR USING IT

PURPOSE: A ceramic composition is provided which has more than 100 of dielectric constant and a goal reliability. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic composition comprises 100 mole of composite oxide containing Ca or Sr, Zr and Ti£(Ca1-xSrx)m(Zr1-yRiy)O3; x is larger than 0, smaller than 0.5; Y is larger than 0.60, smaller than 0.85; m is larger than 0.85, smaller than 1.30| and 0.1- 6 mole of compound containing at least one of manganese or magnesium compound, manganese oxide and magnesium oxide. Thus, 100 mole of MnO and 1.0 mole of MgO are mixed in ball mill, and calcined at 1,000- 1,200°C for 2 hours in air to give ceramic slurry.
