PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform grinding over a long period by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This grinding part 4 is constituted by a rotary base seat part 3 mounting a disk-shaped unit fixed to be rotatable in a circumferential direction relating to a surface of the disk-shaped unit, roller type grinding wheel 44 rotatable with a shaft horizontally arranged relating to a surface of the disk- shaped unit serving as the center horizontally moving means 41 movable in a horizontal direction relating to the surface of the disk-shaped unit, vertically moving means 42 movable in a vertical direction relating to the surface of the disk-shaped unit, and a rotational means 43 rotating the roller type grinding wheel. Here, a plurality of the grinding parts with roughness of the roller type grinding wheel respectively different are provided. The vertically moving means and the rotary base seat part are driven successively by the order from the roller type grinding wheel of large roughness. In this way, the surface of the disk-shaped unit is ground by positioning in a prescribed grinding position and driving the horizontally moving means and the rotational means.
