PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing controlling method and device capable of efficiently processing the output result of a document or a drawing. SOLUTION: Printing data received by a printing request receiving part 11 are temporarily stored in a data spool 13, managed by a printing data management part 12 and distributed based on its attribute and a condition previously set up on an output format setting data 14 and each distributed printing data are outputted from an output device 30 or 40 based on the condition previously set up on the data 14 and an output format.
