PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a printing without cutting a stencil master by performing the printing on a printing paper in such a manner that an ink is made to seep out through an ink permeable belt and the stencil master. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film 43 is perforated by a thermal head 57 while moving to the right, and is fitted at a specified location of a printing portion 40. A printing paper 46 is fed out sheet by sheet by a feeding roll 55, and the distal end portion of the printing paper 46 comes into contact with a press belt 45 through a guide 54. At least one portion of the press belt 45 has vent holes which continue in the thickness direction, and an internal portion 60 which is surrounded by the press belt 45 is kept under a lower air pressure than the outside, and the printing paper 46 moves to a specified location following the movement of the press belt 45 while being attracted by the press belt 45, and stops. Then, a press unit 41 ascends, and comes into contact with the printing portion 40. An ink roller 48 held by a supporting body 53, which is slidable in the lateral direction on a slide bar 52, performs a printing while pressing an ink permeable belt 44 with a proper force.
