PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a power supply voltage for charge for different types of terminals, by assembling a first connection terminal having a plug-jack type contact structure and a second connection terminal having a pad-type contact structure into an electrically connected state. SOLUTION: First and second sleeve springs 30, 35 and a plug pin 40 constitute a first connection terminal of a plug-jack type, and DC pad terminals 25 constitute a second connection terminal of a pad type. The sleeve springs 30, 35 and the plug pin 40 are inserted into and mounted on a housing 10 from behind, and the DC pad terminals 25 are inserted into and mounted on a DC pad storing part provided on an upper part of the housing 10 with their contact parts 26 directed forward. The DC pad terminals 25 and the sleeve springs 30, 35 as well as the plug pin 40 are assembled so as to be electrically connected to each other in the housing 10. Accordingly, any type of different connecting terminal can provide electricity or signals of the same system.
