FIELD: railway repair and maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has power-operated tie-rod, rail tie-rod, guide member fastened with underrail base, stop on one of tie-rods, slots in guide member for stop, axle for connection of rail tie-rod and power-operated tie-rod, shaped slot with its end section intended for fixing. Each end of shaped slot is rounded to allow for axle to move so that aforesaid stop enters slot in guide member for fixing of power-operated tie-rod. Application of aforesaid embodiment of mechanism allows for its more independent operation at irregular pitch of displacement of drive unit working member. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 7 dwg
