PURPOSE: An inter-terminal data communication method is provided to be capable of performing a voice conversation by telephone and a data communication at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In the inter-terminal data communication method, a voice conversation by telephone is performed by use of a call between terminals, in which voice information transmitted between the terminals is not demodulated at a demodulator of a base station controller and is directly transmitted to an object terminal. Data information is multiplexed by use of a redundant data space acquired by reducing a voice code rate of a terminal, and then the multiplexed data information is transmitted.
