PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a page having high possibility that a retrieval object is contained, to precisely retrieve the retrieval object contained in the page and to precisely retrieve especially a picture, a table, voice and a moving picture. SOLUTION: A retrieval condition storage means 11 stores a keyword condition being one retrieval condition in a keyword storage part 21 and stores a data type condition being one of the other retrieval conditions in a data storage part 22. A page retrieval means 12 retrieves a page by the keyword condition and a data retrieval means 13 retrieves data contained in the page retrieved by the page retrieval means 12 with the data type condition. A referrer is matched with information retrieved by the data retrieval means 13 and they are made to correspond each other so as to store them in an URL storage part 23. Since the pages are retrieved from the page having high possibility that a picture, a table, voice and a moving picture are contained, it is not necessary to execute a complicated retrieval processing at the time of retrieving the picture, the table, voice and the moving picture from the beginning, and the user can smoothly and easily use information by using the referrer.
