PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate image defects due to the slack of a power feeding member and to reduce the size a device by providing an elastic member for energizing tension to the power feeding member. SOLUTION: On a fixed part 114 in the main body of a power feeding cable 112, an elastic member 121 is provided being overlapped with the power feeding cable 112. When first and second mirror stands move and scan, the interval distance of first and second mirror stands is extended gradually, the second mirror stand moves to the right as well and when it nears the main body fixing connector 114 of the power feeding cord 112, the elastic member 121 is pushed up by the power feeding cord 112. When the elastic member 121 becomes arc- shaped, tension is applied to the power feeding cord 112 by the elastic force of the elastic member itself, the power feeding cord 112 spread over the interval distance of the first and second mirror stands will not be loosened or slackened, and the first mirror stand completes scanning to the right end.
