PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization efficiency of frames even when there is no information in the opposite direction and there are a lot of terminals to use an automatic resending request(ARQ) by allowing plural terminals to share one channel for feedback path for each frame. SOLUTION: The first slot in one frame is used as a channel for upward feedback path and the second slot is used as a channel for downward feedback path, for example. Then, the channel for upward feedback path becomes the channel for feedback path of a terminal A concerning the first frame, of a terminal C concerning the next frame and of terminals D and E concerning following frames and the plural terminals share the channel for upward feedback path. Similarly, the channel for downward feedback path becomes the channel for feedback path of a terminal B concerning the first frame, of the terminal C concerning the next frame and of terminals E and F concerning following frames as well and the plural terminals share the channel for downward feedback path.
