FIELD: power- generating equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has rotor with horizontal shaft and water input with nozzle. Rotor is made up of disks with spacer- plates arranged to form buckets together with blades. Water input nozzle is installed on blind base with clearance of 0.3 - 1.5 mm relative to disks. End faces of base and nozzle are made in form of concave segment of disk. EFFECT: simplified design, increased efficiency. 5 dwg
