PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electrode pad used for a defibrillator or the like so as to be put in a usable state with slight operation even in case of emergency. SOLUTION: This electrode pad comprises a release layer 40 and an electrode layer 20 as an example, and an electrode is sealed with the release layer 40 at the unused time. At the time of use, pull lugs 32, 48 provided at the outer seal layers 22, 42 of the respective layers are pulled. The electrode is therefore exposed easily and put in a usable state.
