PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric material having a flexural strength same as that of a multilayered plate having precipitated anorthite crystal, and capable of preventing the insulation resistance from being decreased even if the glass contains an alkali metal oxide by using a crystalline glass powder and a ceramic powder and precipitating bytownite crystal. SOLUTION: The mixing proportion is preferably 20-80 wt.% crystalline glass powder and 80-20 wt.% ceramic powder. Alumina powder, mullite powder, zirconia powder, cordierite powder, forsterite powder, and cristobalite powder can be used as the ceramic powder, and the alumina powder is most preferable. A glass consisting of 40-75 wt.% SiO2, 5-30 wt.% B2O3, 5-20 wt.% CaO, 0.5-5 wt.% Na2O, 0-5 wt.% K2O, 0-20 wt.% Al2O3 and 0-10 wt.% ZnO can be used as the crystalline glass. The objective dielectric material is obtained by firing the mixture at 800-1,000 deg.C to sinter the mixture. |
