PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire washing mechanism in wire saw devices that removes or washes slurry and the like from wires efficiently as sell as continuously. SOLUTION: The wire washing mechanism comprises cylindrical washing bodies 22 for removing or washing abrasive grains and the like from a wire 4 traveling through their central axial bores 22h, a washing nozzle 23 for spraying washing liquid over the washing bodies 22 and wire 4, a washing liquid receiving tank 24 for limiting the movement range of the washing bodies 22 and receiving the washing liquid that the washing nozzle 23 sprays over the washing bodies 22 and wire 4, and reflex parts 25a and 25b for treated washing liquid in the washing liquid receiving tank 24 before flowing back them to the washing nozzle 23. |
