PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recure the number of part items and miniaturize a flow control device in an energy-saving power steering of an automobile to miniaturize a pump. SOLUTION: A load sensing valve 24 for communicating a spring chamber 18 of a pressure compensated flow control valve 16 with the low pressure side at the time of low load pressure and cutting off communication between the spring chamber 18 and the low pressure side at the time of high load pressure is provided with relief function of releasing pressure to the low pressure side when load pressure exceeds a set pressure. The pressure receiving area D1 of load pressure of the load sensing valve 24 and the pressure receiving area D2 of the spring chamber 18 are to have the difference of D1>D2, and the pressure compensated flow control valve 16 is formed in cylindrical shape to enclose a spring 19. |
