PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of peeling a cured adhesive within a short time by dipping the cured adhesive in hot water or pressurized not water without using an organic solvent when peeling the cured adhesive and improved in water solubility after the curing by combining a water-soluble polyoxyalkylene glycol-based solvent with a surfactant. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) a cyanoacrylate with (B) a water-soluble polyoxyalkylene glycol-based solvent (preferably a dialkyl ether, a carboxylic acid ester or a monoalkyl ether carboxylic acid ester of polyoxyethylene or polyoxypropylene) and (C) a water- soluble surfactant (preferably a fatty acid polyethylene glycerol borate). The sum of the components B and C is 3-30 pts.wt., preferably 5-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
