PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable keeping of the taste of extracted tea beverage uniform while maintaining better quality as tea beverage at a lower cost. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a material tank 3 to store tea leaves 2, a tea percolator 4 which receives the tea leaves 2 supplied from the material tank 3 to let them move being inclined by a single driver 11 and a fixed storage container 5 which is supplied with hot water for getting the tea leaves 2 received by the percolator 4 immersed while storing a condensed tea beverage extracted from the tea leaves 2. A hot water storage tank 6 and a dilution pipe 6B are arranged as a dilution device to dilute the condensed team beverage in the storage container 5 during the extraction for drinking. |
