PURPOSE: The aim is to provide a manufacturing method of combination salt anti-corrosive, containing silicate as main component, having no harm for human body, saving the energy to heat up, and reducing pollution. CONSTITUTION: To produce combination salt anti-corrosive, 60-80 weight % of silicate anti-corrosive, 7-15 weight % of pyrophosphate soda, 2-5 weight % of tripolyphosphate soda, and 0.5-1 weight % of potassium carbonate are mixed and put in a blast furnace. The mixture is compressed and heated at 1100-1200°C for 6 hours then, cooled to form crystal. Solubility of the combination anti-corrosive can be controlled according to water temperature by changing the combination rate of the component, so the combination salt anti-corrosive containing silicate can be supplied to world wide anytime and can reduce the expense of energy because melting point of silicate(1200°C) is lower than siliceous stone. P2O2 content of the combination salt anti-corrosive containing silicate is only 5-9 % of that of the existing phosphate anti-corrosive, so it is environment friendly product. |
