MAGNETRON WITH INPUT FILTER USING MICROSTRIP

PURPOSE: Magnetron is provided where it minimizes the volume not using the choke coil and tube type condenser which prevents a high frequency from leaking outside. It also prevents the combustion of choke coil and tube type condenser, due to failure in the estimation of leaking frequency band or conduction heat from model change. CONSTITUTION: Magnetron includes the anode in cylinder form with many veins inside, the cathode is located in the center of a circle formed by the veins with filaments surrounding it. Filter circuit(1) is composed of a couple of conductor boards each connected to the center lid(3) which is connected to the cathode and to the side lid(4) that is connected to filaments and the filter box accommodating the filter circuit. The filter circuit is arranged on the dielectric(5) with higher dielectric constant than that of air.
