PURPOSE: A mobile internet and communication method are provided to realize a communication without using additional components of communication network or new communication functions. CONSTITUTION: In a mobile internet including a plurality of unit mobile internet(301) which comprise a plurality of mobile hosts(MHT11-13), mobile access points(MAP1-3), a mobile router(MRT21), and internet gateway routers(GWR1-2), whether the communication requested by an operation signal of an originating host is between the host of the unit mobile internet and the host of the fixed internet(400) or between the mobile hosts of the unit mobile internet is discriminated. If the currently requested communication is between the mobile host and the fixed host, all data which are transmitted from the mobile host or received to the mobile host are performed through the home gateway router to which the mobile host belongs. And, if the currently requested communication is between the mobile hosts, an originating mobile host selects an option of a packet service, and calls a subscriber's number of an answering mobile host. Thereby, the mobile internet service can be provided by using only basic components of mobile communication network and existing internet communication protocol.
