PURPOSE: A sludge drying system is provided which can evaporate moisture in sludge by utilizing a hot blast from an incinerator. CONSTITUTION: The drying system comprises a sludge supplying means(1); a multistage sludge crushing means(2) having at least 2 stage of drop means; a discharging means(3) of the sludge passed the crushing means(2); the moisture evaporating means(4) by the hot blast existed in the crushing means(2) and the discharging means(3); a deodorizing means(5) of the hot blast from the crushing means(2) and the discharging means(3), and a forced transferring means of the hot blast from the crushing means(2) and the discharging means(3) to the deodorizing means(5).
