PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shake correction device, a shake correction camera and an interchangeable lens capable of accurately detecting and correcting shake. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 1 is a sensor detecting acceleration in the directions of three axes orthogonally crossed each other. The sensor 1 is installed in a camera body 11 so that a 3rd detection axis AZ having different detection characteristic may be nearly parallel with an optical axis(Z-axis) I. The sensor 1 is installed so that the 1st driving direction(X-axis direction) of a shake correction optical system 3 may be nearly parallel with a 1st detection axis AX and the 2nd driving direction(Y-axis direction) of the optical system 3 may be nearly parallel with a 2nd detection axis AY. In the sensor 1, the 1st and the 2nd detection axes AX and AY become nearly parallel with an image formation surface 8. As a result, arithmetic operation for matching the characteristics with respect to an output signal between the detection axes can be omitted and the shake is accurately detected. |
