PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a physically handicapped person able to easily request help. SOLUTION: An alarm lamp 13 is provided on the tip of an antenna 11 and the antenna 11 is extended from a housed state in the vertical direction to an upper surface 2a when an elevating switch 4 is pressed and is returned into the housed state when a lowering switch 6 is pressed. In the case of going up the escalator or a station or the like in a wheelchair, just by pressing the elevating switch 4, the antenna 11 is turned into an extended state, the alarm lamp 13 is lighted and further, reporting sound is outputted. Thus, even in a crowd or even to a person not around, the help can be requested. Also, even a person having difficulty in speaking can easily request the help. Also, in the case that it is not necessary to request the help, by turning the antenna 11 into the housed state, it does not become an obstacle at the time of movement.
