PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce stable solid preparations having bronchodilator action, improved in stability in an alkaline region, and having long quality-assurance term and high value of a product by including ephedrines and benzoic acid. SOLUTION: The solid preparations is produced by including (A) (pref. 0.25-15 wt.%) ephedrines or their salt (pref. dl-methylephedrine, l-methylephedrine and phenylpropanolamine), (B) 0.1-50 wt.% benzoic acid or its alkali metal salt (pref. sodium benzoate) and pref. (C) 5-50 wt.% basic substance [pref. dried aluminum hydroxide gel, (synthetic) hydrotalcite or the like]. The content ratio of (ephedrine or its salt/benzoic acid) is pref. (1/0.5)-(1/10). The solid preparations are pref. in a form of powdered medicine, fine subtilae, granule, pill or effervescent tablet.
