PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor assisted bicycle, capable of improving a feeling of drive by making driving force generated by the motor follow depressing force without delaying and capable of improving efficiency by effective use of energy. SOLUTION: In this motor assisted bicycle, a power manual power system and an electric drive system are provided in parallel, and output of the electric drive system is controlled according to the change of depressing force by human power. Unload motor voltage VMO to be taken as then motor rotational speed corresponding to the vehicle speed is found, and driving force by the motor is controlled according to depressing force while keeping motor voltage VM to the unload motor voltage VMO or more.
