PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make froth of been and a sparkling liquor creamy, fine, and hard to disappear. SOLUTION: The utensil for beer and sparkling liquor comprises a cylinder with a bottom having an opening 3, and minute protrusions 2 are provided on the inner surface of the cylinder in the form of sandpaper. If the utensil is put into a cup and beer or sparkling liquor is poured into the utensil, froth hits against the protrusions 2 so that the froth of beer or liquor in comminuted finely, creamy and hard to disappear.
