PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take a mattress into/out of a closet to be compact, and reduce load on elderly waist in consideration of their physical strength by compactly dividing the mattress into three in the major axis direction and by constituting it to strings in the major axis direction in the front/rear and the left/right. SOLUTION: A conventional mattress is used, its major axis direction is divided into three compactly, and strings 1 are attached in the major direction of the mattress in the front/rear and the left/right. For example, when three mattresses of this structure are laid and each adjoining string 1 of each mattress is tied to each other, the disturbance of the mattress can be reduced. The mattress of this constitution is equally divided into a compact state so as to be moved handily. The mattress is used as a reserve mattress so as to be locally cleaned or disinfected by the sun to reduce the load applied on waist for a person having a disease such as the lumbago.
