PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect surplus water in flushing in an auxiliary tank, to heat this in the next flushing together with water supplied afresh and thereby to attain effective utilization of the surplus water and enhancement of the effect of economization of water. SOLUTION: A seat-taking detecting means 32, a heating part 6 an auxiliary tank 14 of warm water a water force adjusting part 23 for warm water jetted, a relief valve 26 made to operate by a water pressure set by the water force adjusting part on the occasion of discharging warm water for flushing and a water sending pipe 27 for supplying the auxiliary tank with surplus water discharged by the operation of the relief valve, are provided. At the time of flushing, the warm water reheated, including the surplus water in the auxiliary tank, is jetted.
