PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: In a foot-fastening trap of a spring up type which tightens a wire by widely opening a lower arm and an upper arm, to enable to certainly come out a trap body from the wire in a short time by preventing a complex entanglement of the wire to a tip device of the lower arm side, when the trap body is twirled after the trap is operated, and prevent from crashing of the trap caused by repeated collisions of the trap body against standing trees. SOLUTION: This foot-fastening trap is installed with a lower arm 1, an upper arm 2, a treadle receiver 3 and a capturing wire 5. The tip device 1 on the lower arm side of the lower arm 1 has a rod 12 which is installed with an arm stopper 14 capable of engagingly stopping the upper arm 2 not to spring up. A pulley 148 for winding and hanging a capturing wire 5 extended through the tip device 21 on the upper arm side is installed on the base side of the arm stopper 14. The arm stopper 14 is installed with a passage port 143 lading to a space underside of the pulley.
