PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a DC side and an AC side to be inputted and outputted from the same side of arrangement direction of switching elements, by connecting a part between a second and a third wiring conductors at a fold-back part, arranging two terminal parts for external connection on the same side, and adjacently arranging the wiring conductors parallel with each other. SOLUTION: A fold-back part 5 for connecting the end portion of a second conductor wiring 36 and that of a flat plate conductor part 372 is installed on one side of arrangement direction of switching elements 11-13. Terminal parts 41, 43 on the DC side and the AC side for external connection are installed on the other side of the arrangement direction of the switching elements 11-13. The second and third wiring conductors 36, 37 and the fold-back part 5 constitute a fold-back wiring conductor. A first and a second flat plate conductor parts 351, 371 are adjacently arranged in parallel to each other. Furthermore, the second conductor wiring 36 and the flat plate conductor part 372 are arranged adjacent to each other. |
