PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to clearly grasp costs required for transport and to set up an improvement plane by converting running management data related to the actually run result of an automobile which are expressed by numerical values obtained from a running management device using an on- vehicle computer into cost and easily finding out a problem position based on the calculated results of the cost. SOLUTION: The management device consists of an on-vehicle computer connected to a vehicle speed sensor as an on-vehicle device and an office computer for inputting information from the on-vehicle computer as a device installed in a management office. The office computer is provided with a means for inputting a required time and a required distance to the office computer as equally run result information grasped by the on-vehicle computer, and calculating transport cost based on cost items of a vehicle cost, personnel expenses, general management costs, etc., previously registered in a master line in the office computer and cost items for running costs such as fuel costs, tolls and ferry costs inputted by key operation at the on-vehicle computer or the office computer.
