PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact drying facility. SOLUTION: The drying facility comprises a blade 21 for stirring waste paint by turning, a storage chamber 11 having U-shaped cross-section for containing the stirring blade 21 rotatably while ensuring an upper space, and a heating chamber 12 having U-shaped cross-section extending along the outer surface of the storage chamber 11. The stirring blade 21 rotates forward and reversely to reciprocate the waste paint while stirring in the front/rear direction of the drawing. Consequently, the length of the storage chamber can be shortened and a compact drying facility is realized.
