PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device for high-speed mobile capable of appropriately and highly precisely photographing a fixed portion (a specific structure) outside the high-speed mobile such as a high-speed train, and accurately grasping the state thereof. SOLUTION: In this photographing device, the passage of a fixed structure 51 (for instance, the wheel of the high-speed train) provided in the high-speed moving object (for instance, high-speed train) is detected by a detecting part 1 (a detecting means). Then, a photographing part 2 (an image pickup means) acquires the passing speed and passing time position of the high-speed moving object 5 from the result of the detection of the detecting part 1, and the operation timing of the photographing part 2 (image pickup means) installed so that the fixed portion 52 (for instance, a garbage can outside the high-speed train) of the high-speed mobile to be photographed passes through within the viewing angle is set based on there information, then the operation of the photographing part 2 is controlled based on the operation timing.
