PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering handle bar for a two-wheeler in which a cover part for covering meters is integrated with right and left handle parts for reducing the number of parts, and to reduce the assembling manhour for achieving significant cost reduction, and further to enhance the rigidity and strength of the handle part itself for enhancing the supporting rigidity of an operating lever or the like to be fitted to the handle part. SOLUTION: A steering handle bar H to be fixed to a steering shaft 1 is integrally formed with a cover part 2 for covering meters and right and left handle parts 3l, 3r to be grasped by a driver by synthetic resin; and the respective handle parts 3l, 3r are made up of a handle grip part 50 and a large- diameter fitting shaft part 51 continued to the root part of the handle grip part 50 and formed in a larger diameter than the grip part 50; and at least one of an operating lever 52, an operating switch 53, a mirror 54, and a throttle grip Gr is fitted to the large-diameter fitting shaft part 51.
