PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shackles which can generate a safe and certain coupling. SOLUTION: On a shackle pin 3, a cam part 7 is mounted rotating with a shaft 10 positioned in eccentricity and is energized outward by a coil spring 8. An operating handle 14 is coupled with the shaft 10 penetrating a head part 13. A lock pin 18 and a segment hole 19 to admit its fitting and disengagement and a slope hole 20 opposing to the segment hole in the diameteric direction are provided on/in the mating surfaces of the handle 14 and head part 13, respectively. The head part 13 is fitted with a turn stopper pin 16, and a rotation stopping part 17 to admit abutting of the pin 16 is secured to the shackle body 2. When the handle 14 is drawn out in the axial direction of the shaft 10 to cause rotating clockwise or counterclockwise, the cam part 7 starts rotating. In the condition that the cam part 7 is in eccentric rotation, part thereof will range to outside the pin hole 4, so that the shackle pin 3 will never slip off.
